I haven't finish watching all the videos. But basically, each folder contains a few videos and pdf files that explain briefly about what ppc is, what ppv is, what banner ads is etc. Very basic overview of every method, so you won't learn a lot/ in detail on how to really use them. I guess they must have a forum to discuss about it because as you already know, mastering one traffic source like Adwords alone will probably take months. It gives you a general idea of what other paid traffic sources you can use besides adwords so you can diversify as much as you could. So you might pick a few nuggets that you might not know here and there. But like everything, knowing the traffic source and actually doing it is a totally different thing. Is it worth it? I think it's ok since it's free
